LBL Club - some FAQs
How do I register my child at LBL?
You can download a registration form and emergency contact form and either hand it in to the club or email it back to us. If you plan on using LBL After School Club at any point in the school year, however infrequently, please fill in a registration form and return it to the staff or email it to LBLMonkenhadley@gmail.com.
How do I book?
All bookings must be made using the online booking system above. This is a safeguarding measure so we know how many children will be on site and who we are expecting to attend. There is maximum capacity for 45 children each day. You can book as many sessions as you need in advance or book on the same day if there are spaces available.
How do I pay?

We do offer sibling discounts when booking 3 hour sessions - second and subsequent siblings will be reduced from £12 to £10 automatically on our online booking system.
How old does my child have to be to attend LBL?
Children from reception to Year 6 are welcome at LBL. We admit children to LBL once the school settling-in process is complete in reception, providing your child is able to cope with the long day at school followed by LBL. The staff will provide a friendly and welcoming environment for the children and liaise closely with parents to update them on how their child is doing. If the staff feel as though a child is unable to manage being at LBL after the school day then we will request that the child re-joins LBL later on in the academic year when they are a little older and more likely to settle and enjoy the club. Our priority is to ensure children feel safe and happy to be a part of LBL.
Please email Fiona on LBLMonkenhadley@gmail.com for details if you wish to discuss or find out more.
Where is LBL held?
LBL Monken Hadley runs from the school premises. We will have access to outdoor space each day also. We will provide a range of toys and activities for the children to enjoy, as well as a sandwich and some fruit for an after school snack, in line with our Healthy Eating policy.
Do you take children from other schools?
At present the club will be exclusively for children attending Monken Hadley Primary School.
